These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Western Ohio Mortgage Corporation website at www.westernohiomortgage.com, including its pages, forms, calculators, document-upload features, applications, and text-messaging program (collectively, the "Services"). In these Terms, "Western Ohio Mortgage," "we," "us," and "our" mean Western Ohio Mortgage Corporation, NMLS #9601.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional disclosures, authorizations, agreements, and loan documents may apply to a mortgage inquiry, application, or transaction. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the transaction-specific documents control for that transaction.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Website content, calculators, estimates, articles, and other materials are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They are not legal, tax, investment, or financial advice and are not a commitment to lend, an approval, a rate lock, or a guarantee of any loan terms.
Interest rates, payments, fees, loan programs, eligibility requirements, and other terms may change without notice and depend on factors including credit, income, assets, property, occupancy, loan amount, market conditions, and underwriting. Any loan is subject to application, verification, underwriting, approval, and applicable disclosures and agreements.
If you submit information through the Services, you represent that it is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You authorize us and our service providers to process that information for the purposes described at the time of submission, in our Privacy Policy, and in any additional authorization you provide. Do not send sensitive documents through ordinary email or an unsecured form when a secure upload option is provided.
When you contact us electronically, you consent to receive responsive electronic communications from us. Certain transactions may require a separate consent to electronic records and signatures. Your use of the website alone does not replace or amend any separate electronic-consent disclosure.
This section applies when you separately opt in to receive text messages from Western Ohio Mortgage. Agreeing to these general Terms by itself does not enroll you in text messaging.
After you provide your mobile number and consent to text messaging, Western Ohio Mortgage may send informational and, where you have consented, marketing text messages. Messages may include appointment reminders, responses to your inquiries, application or account notifications, document reminders, customer-service messages, mortgage-related information, and promotional messages.
By opting in, you authorize Western Ohio Mortgage to send recurring SMS and MMS messages to the mobile number you provided, including messages sent using an automated system where permitted by law. Your consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, applying for credit, receiving a loan decision, or obtaining mortgage services.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us promptly and opt out before discontinuing use of the number.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, your application or account activity, and the messaging program for which you enrolled. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's terms and charges govern your mobile service.
You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a Western Ohio Mortgage text message. You may also use another commonly recognized opt-out keyword, such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. We may send one final message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. After that confirmation, no additional messages will be sent under that messaging program unless you provide consent again. Opting out of texts does not affect non-SMS communications or services you request.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. The text-messaging program may not be available on all devices or through all carriers. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program, in whole or in part, subject to applicable law.
Our collection and use of information through the text-messaging program are described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver the messaging program, subject to appropriate restrictions, or when required by law.
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information.
The Services and their content, including text, graphics, logos, design, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Western Ohio Mortgage and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, lawful use. No other rights are granted.
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, calculators, credit bureaus, document providers, government resources, or other services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link or integration does not necessarily imply endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and policies.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or legal rights.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WESTERN OHIO MORTGAGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WESTERN OHIO MORTGAGE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND THEY DO NOT ALTER ANY RIGHTS OR REMEDIES PROVIDED IN YOUR LOAN DOCUMENTS OR BY CONSUMER-PROTECTION LAW.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Western Ohio Mortgage and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies or applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after an update means that you accept the revised Terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law. Changes to the SMS/MMS program will not eliminate your right to opt out at any time.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
