We are selling our house and the buyers chose Western Ohio mortgage Corp. Well they've had two months to be ready to close and yet the date comes that we are supposed to close and they ask for a two week extension. Not to mention the communication to the ...

We are selling our house and the buyers chose Western Ohio mortgage Corp. Well they've had two months to be ready to close and yet the date comes that we are supposed to close and they ask for a two week extension. Not to mention the communication to the buyer and myself on the appraisal results and if we can close on time and didn't find out until the day we were supposed to close. So now I'm still waiting on them to hurry this stuff up to allow us to sell the house.

Nick is a great listener and will never make you feel dumb no matter how silly the question. As first time home buyers and first time rental property owners, we had LOTS of silly questions. He was always prepared to go the extra mile to see that we found the best options for us. He definitely went above and beyond through the entire process.
